New machine is a specific operation machine to adhere the v type strip on the belt for lightweight belt. Working smoothly with frequency inverter. The v type belt is arranged at a certain angle in parallel and evenly spaced on the guide belt board. The arrangement is orderly, neat and not easy to loose. The effect is good. And the rotary heating gun makes it more convenient and accurate.

Combination of three large pressure rollers and thickened pressure shaft,makes the effect of fixing the belt better.
The baffles at both ends fix the belt position of the belt make sure the belt track.

The switch can adjust the rotation,direction and rotation speed.
Upgraded rotary heating gun fixing port.
Grinding head can grind the belt to increase the welding strength.
